As people were celebrating the beginning of 2018 on New Years Day, a Northumberland woman was giving birth to the first baby born at Northumberland Hills Hospital for 2018. Maya is the first child for Kelsey Greenfield and Dante Ough of Baltimore, and was welcomed into the world at 21:51pm on Monday, January 1st Maya weighed in at 7 pounds and 6.8 ounces. The Brahms lullaby was heard in the hallways of NHH more than 500 times in the last fiscal year. The lullaby is a tradition at NHH to welcome a new baby born in the hospital’s Maternal/Child Care Unit.
