If someone falls down at work, there is likely someone there trained to assist.
But what is there is something going on inside? That number drops dramatically.
Cameco wants to change that by making mental health a part of employee training.

Their hope is that mental health issues can be addressed and understood a bit better around offices and workplaces in the area.
They are hoping for a 2 year role out starting with the 101 level.
