A 47-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges including fraud and possession of property obtained by crime.
Police say sometime between Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, the accused allegedly entered a locked vehicle parked in a Burnham Street parking lot.
Once inside several items were stolen including a wallet containing banking cards, which were then fraudulently used at a convenience store according to investigators.
Carl James Hubbell is charged with several offences including fraud under $5,000.
