Police are investigating the ‘suspicious’ death of a Campbellford man over the weekend.
Police were called to a Campbellford home on Saturday night – When they arrived on-scene, police learned that 59-year-old John Wesley had been taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
A post-mortem examination was conducted on Monday, at the Office of the Chief Coroner in Toronto and police say the death is now considered suspicious.
The Northumberland OPP’s Crime Unit and Central Region Forensic Identification Services are investigating, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch in partnership with the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario.
