The Big Dog House in Port Hope is hosting a fundraiser for a 6-year-old mastiff-mix named Zeus.
The rescue sanctuary says Zeus needs an ACL surgery, owner Melissa Grover gives us more details.
Grover tells us they were going to have a COVID-safe walk but now are unable to with the new restrictions in place.
She adds that that TPLO (ACL) surgery will cost around $3000, but the rehabilitation will cost even more, so they would love to surpass that goal.
The surgical fundraiser is on until Zeus’ surgery date, which is set for April 15th.
More information on how you can donate can be found on their website and Facebook pages.
