There will be something for everyone this Canada Day in Port Hope including pipes and drums, vintage cars and flag-waving floats along the main street.
You’ll also have the chance to enjoy live music at the bandshell as well as a bouncy castle for the kids, a classic car show lots of great barbeque and a beer garden.
Be on the lookout for Mayor Bob Sanderson who’ll be on hand to pass out cupcakes.

11:00 a.m. – 10 p.m. – Refreshment Gardens – Location: Memorial Park – Refreshment Gardens hosted by the Port Hope and District Agricultural Society
11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Activity Stations – Location: Memorial Park – Includes mini putt, bouncy castles, free freezies, food vendors, and more!
11:45 a.m. – Official Ceremony – Location: Memorial Park – Join us for the singing of O Canada, welcome greeting, and Queenies cupcakes.
12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Wagon Rides – Pick up location: Queen Street
12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Live music – Location: Memorial Park

Transit:
Municipal transit will not be operating on Friday, July 1 during the holiday. Transit services will resume regular hours Saturday, July 2.
Regular staff services will be unavailable Friday, with staff resuming regular hours Monday, July 4.
