Head down to the Cobourg Marina tomorrow (March 28) and show your support for special Olympics
Every year, the Polar Plunge brings together thousands from across the province to show their support for Special Olympics Ontario.
Cobourg Police and Port Hope Police Services are teaming up with Community Living for this year’s Polar Plunge, emergency services, community organizations and individuals.
They’ll brave the icy waters of Lake Ontario at the Cobourg Marina Boat launch at 11 am tomorrow and you’re invited to come out and cheer them on.
All the money raised goes towards organizing important programs and events for the benefit of 23,000 Special Olympics athletes in Ontario.
