Brent Tully, who guided the Cougars to the RBC/Centennial Cup in 2017, has been named to the Peterborough & District Sports Hall of Fame.
Tully says getting the call from the hall is hard to put into words.
In terms of his playing career, Tully says wearing the Maroon and White was really a dream come true.
Among his accomplishments, the former Petes’ captain won an OHL Championship in 92-93 and gold medals at the World Juniors in 1993 and 1994.
Tully says the entire process has been humbling.
Tully served as Cougars general manager from 2014 to 2017, a tenure punctuated with the RBC/Centennial Cup.
