This event will focus on taking charge of your hormonal health, featuring Dr. Logan Iannarilli, ND, from Nurturing Health Naturopathic Clinic in Cobourg. Dr. Logan will deliver an exclusive presentation covering various aspects of hormonal health, including the menstrual cycle – how to track it, what’s normal, and how to support your body during your period. Additionally, Dr. Logan will address common issues such as PMS, painful periods, PCOS, perimenopause, and more.
