The 12th annual Angels of Care Campaign is launching at Cambellford Memorial Hospital.
The hospital’s foundation is hoping to raise $250,000 by the end of January to purcase vital signs monitors, defibrillators, a blood culture system for the lab and eight new hospital beds.
Executive director of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation, John Russell, says it’s so important for the community to come together and support local healthcare.
Russell says this support ensures staff can have the best equipment to diagnose and treat patients.
The hope is to raise $16,000 on November 27 for Giving Tuesday and purchase two new hospital beds with the money.
